Returning for Cambodia’s Development – Lyhoung San

I’m experiencing a range of emotions as I think back on this life-changing one-and-a-half-year journey. The experience has given me a sense of resolve and gratitude for the opportunities I’ve had, and I’m determined to use the information and experiences I’ve gained to make a positive impact in my country.

My time in Australia was full of unforgettable moments and cross-cultural connections that transcended barriers. Working with students from diverse backgrounds on group projects enriched my perspectives, broadened my ideas, and fostered personal and professional development. My awareness of the beauty of multiculturalism has increased thanks to Australia’s diverse communities, festivals, and cuisines.

Now, as I prepare to re-connect with my family and friends back home, I can’t wait to enjoy their company and the comforts of home. Professionally, I look forward to exploring career prospects and contributing to Cambodia’s development with passion and expertise.
