Returning for Cambodia’s Development – Sotharoth Lenh

Congratulations Sotharoth Lenh for completing her Australia Awards Scholarship! Through her scholarship, Sotharoth obtained a Master of Education from the University of Sydney.

“I’m grateful and excited about completing my Australia Awards Scholarship and going back to Cambodia, and I’m ready to apply the skills and insights gained for my beloved country’s development.

The opportunities I had in Australia enhanced my abilities and deepened my understanding of education. Reflecting those lessons in Cambodia will be truly rewarding.

I’m already missing the refreshing spring weather, vibrant cities, and delicious cherries, and I will carry the memories with me. As I re-enter the education field, my aim is to inspire women from the provinces to apply for an Australia Awards Scholarship and serve as a role model.

The idea of reuniting with loved ones and friends brings me immense joy. I can’t wait to wear my graduation hat in front of my parents.
