Since 1994, the Australian Government, through Australia Awards Scholarships, has supported more than 100 Cambodian teachers and educators obtain world-class postgraduate qualifications – like H.E Mak Ngoy, Director General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport: Master in Educational Management, University of New England, 1996.
