Australia Awards Cambodia
Postgraduate learning opportunities for
Cambodia’s current and emerging leaders
Accessibility Information
I’m deeply honoured to complete my Australia Awards Scholarship, a two year Master’s of Professional Accounting at RMIT University. This experience has been transformative: academically, professionally and personally. Living and studying in Australia broadened my perspective, tested my resilience, and strengthened my commitment to contribute to national development.

During my study, I developed practical skills in research, management, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making. I also gained leadership and communication experience as a student representative, peer mentor, and panelist at the RMIT Accounting Educators’ Conference 2024 on lifelong learning and the evolving role of accountants. These skills, plus improved time and task management, have prepared me to support Cambodia’s insurance sector, regulatory reform, and institutional improvement.

I’m eager to apply my expertise to strengthen systems, improve oversight, and deliver better outcomes for the public. Employers and collaborators seeking a skilled, motivated professional are welcome to connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/youranntep168.

Thank you to my family, friends, Australia Awards Cambodia and the Australian Government for this life-changing opportunity. I return with deep gratitude, renewed purpose, and readiness to serve.
