Postgraduate learning opportunities for
Cambodia’s current and emerging leaders
Accessibility Information
Australia Awards Cambodia is pleased to support adaptive leadership and resilient government, non-government and private sector change-makers through the Fundamentals of Change Management for Cambodian Alumni Leaders training program in Phnom Penh (14–16 & 19–21 March).

The program equipped 62 alumni leaders with practical frameworks and strategies to navigate and lead organisational change. Through a combination of pre-program learning and interactive workshops, participants explored stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, leadership approaches, and adapting to complex challenges.

Sessions also addressed managing conflict and culture, alongside the impact of technology disruption and AI in the public sector. A key highlight was examining change management in the Cambodian context, with activities such as stakeholder mapping, scenario planning, and developing actionable change toolkits to support real-world application.

After the training, participants will stay engaged and supported for the next 12 months through a networking forum, in which alumni will discuss ongoing challenges, and share successes and insights that may be replicated across their organisations.
Special thanks to our expert facilitators from DeakinCo.
