Leading with Care: Poch Bopha’s Contributions to Gender Responsive Policy

 

After completing her Australian education, obtaining a Master of Development Studies (Gender and Development) from the University of Melbourne, 2021, Bopha has supported the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, National Social Protection Council, UNDP, UN Women, UNIDO and Oxfam in developing initiatives related to gender responsive budgeting, and care economy as well as building women’s leadership in promoting gender equality in Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction, gender responsiveness in green industry and gender responsive social protection. Furthermore, Bopha has conducted gender analyses and delivered capacity development in gender and social inclusion across various sections.

 

Ms Bopha is proud to work in promoting Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment in Cambodia.
